You can place an order by selecting the products you prefer, being careful to choose the right size and variant. Once you have done so, simply go to the shopping cart, enter your information and make your payment using the method you prefer.

You will receive emails for each and every step taken by the courier, so that you are always informed about the status of your order.
In addition, in the emails you will receive there is a link to the to track every move of your package until delivery.

Sure, but only within 24h from when the order was placed.

You can cancel an order within 24h of the actual purchase, after that it will not be possible because it has already been shipped or for organizational issues.


Orders on average take 1-3 days to process and 6-12 days to ship, for a total of 15 business days.

You can contact support and find out whether or not your request can be granted, depending on the timeline with which it was made.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery by requesting the address from customer service, who will provide you with our warehouse address. It will be important to provide the tracking code and the shipping receipt.

Unless there is obvious damage to the products, for a refund you will need to follow what is stated in the answer to the question "How can I get a refund?" and wait for the products to arrive at our warehouses.
After careful verification, our team will issue a refund.

The goods must be unworn and undamaged, and also must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.

Timelines are strictly related to the time required by the courier for delivery to our warehouses.
For claims without the need for shipping, 1-5 business days are required.


We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
